Anyone seeking more professional and artistic underwater performances
Participants who want to develop advanced breath control and refined underwater movement skills
Healthy individuals aged 12 and older (teens and adults welcome)
How Long Does It Take?
Typically 2–3 days
Includes theory sessions, confined-water training, and open-water practice
