Healthy individuals aged 15 and older who hold a PADI Freediver certification
Freedivers who want to seriously develop and refine their freediving skills
Certified freedivers ready to challenge themselves with deeper dives
How Long Does It Take?
Typically 3 days
Includes theory sessions, confined-water training, and open-water dives

Safe and efficient freediving techniques to a maximum depth of 24 meters

Photo ID and a medical statement (completed at the start of the course)
