PADI Tec 100 CCR
The PADI Tec 100 CCR Course is the final and highest level of technical diving training using a Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR).
This elite program develops the ability to conduct dives in the deepest, longest, and most demanding environments, shaping divers into truly elite technical professionals.
Using fully manual CCR control and multiple Trimix breathing gases, you will learn to safely plan and execute complex decompression dives to depths of up to 100 meters.
Who Is This Course For?
This course is designed for divers who hold a PADI Tec 60 CCR certification.
Participants must have completed manufacturer-approved CCR unit training.
Applicants are required to have at least 150 logged dives, including a minimum of 50 CCR dives, with at least 30 decompression dives.
This course is intended for highly experienced, healthy technical divers aged 18 or older.
Course Duration
The course typically runs for 6 to 7 days.
Training includes theory sessions, confined-water training, and a minimum of 6 to 8 open-water CCR dives.
The program features complex CCR dive scenarios conducted entirely with manual oxygen control systems.
What Will You Learn?
You will develop the skills to conduct Trimix CCR dives to depths of up to 100 meters.
Training focuses on operating CCR systems using 100% manual oxygen control (mCCR).
You will master multi-stage decompression planning, configuration, and analysis of multiple Trimix gas mixtures.
The course emphasizes accident prevention strategies, extended deep-dive risk management, and advanced emergency response skills.
Comprehensive training is provided in full redundancy management, including responses to equipment failures, system malfunctions, and software-related issues.
What Do You Need to Bring?
An approved CCR unit (JJ-CCR) is mandatory and must be personally owned.
Required equipment includes a Trimix analyzer, underwater slate, backup dive computer, and oxygen monitoring systems.
You must also bring SMB, reel, backup mask, regulators, gauges, and other essential technical diving equipment.
Swimsuit and reef-safe sunscreen are required.
Participants must provide their logbook, medical clearance, and Tec 60 CCR certification.
Some ancillary equipment may be rented, but the CCR unit itself must be owned by the diver.
What Can You Do After Completion?
After completing the course, you will be qualified to conduct Trimix CCR decompression dives to depths of up to 100 meters.
You will be capable of fully independent diving in extreme depths and highly complex environments.
Graduates gain complete proficiency in manual management of hypoxic and hyperoxic gas mixtures.
This certification enables participation in exploration diving, deep scientific research, and mission-level operations comparable to military standards.
You will also be eligible to progress to PADI Tec CCR Instructor-level training, marking the transition from elite diver to elite educator.
This course represents the absolute pinnacle of recreational technical diving, where mastery, discipline, and precision define every dive.
