Terms and Conditions

◦ These Terms and Conditions apply to all diving activities, training courses, equipment rentals, and other services provided by the Center.

◦ By booking or using our services, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

◦ Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or on-site.

◦ A reservation is confirmed only upon payment of a deposit of at least 30%.

◦ The remaining balance must be settled before the start of the diving activity.

◦ Deposits can be paid by credit card or by transfer to a designated local account.

◦ Fun dive participants must hold a valid PADI Open Water Diver certification (or higher), subject to verification.

◦ Customers without recent diving experience may be required to complete a check dive or refresher course.

◦ Participants with medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, lung conditions, diabetes) may be required to present a physician’s medical clearance.

◦ Participants under the influence of alcohol on the day of diving are not permitted. Air travel is not recommended within 18 hours after diving.

◦ Cancellation 14 days or more before the activity: Full refund

◦ Cancellation 7–13 days before: 50% refund

◦ Cancellation within 6 days: Non-refundable

◦ No Show on the day: Full charge, no refund

◦ Cancellations by the Center due to weather or safety reasons: Full refund or rescheduling (customer’s choice)

※ IDC courses and long-term packages are subject to separate contracts.

◦ All training and guiding follow PADI safety standards.

◦ Pre-dive briefings and safety checks are included in all activities, and customers are required to comply.

◦ The Center operates boats equipped with emergency oxygen, first aid kits, and insurance, but customers are responsible for their own personal dive insurance.

◦ The Center is not liable for accidents caused by customer negligence or violation of regulations.

◦ Rental equipment is inspected before and after use; damage may incur repair/replacement charges.

◦ Customers using personal equipment are responsible for its maintenance and functionality.

◦ The Center does not provide compensation for loss of personal equipment such as cameras, dive computers, or action cameras.

◦ Customer reservation details and personal information are used only for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

◦ Photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes; customers may opt out by request in advance.

◦ Activities may be changed or canceled due to natural disasters, weather conditions, or unexpected equipment failures. Compensation in such cases is limited.

◦ The Center is not responsible for losses resulting from customer health conditions, insufficient preparation, lateness, or violations of rules.

◦ These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Palau.

◦ Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Palau.
